Project delivery, end to end
Every project, from the first ticket to the last release.
JaWork is an online issue tracker for teams that plan as well as they build — issues, boards and sprints beside Gantt plans, portfolios, dashboards and reports.
What JaWork looks like

Everything a delivery team keeps in six other tools
One place for the work, the plan and what it costs — in the browser, with nothing to install.
Issue tracking
Tasks, defects and subtasks on a board your team actually drags — sprints, backlog and a full activity trail behind every change.
Gantt & Portfolio
One plan per project, every project on one timeline, and programs above them — drag to schedule, fold what you are not reading.
Dashboards
A widget grid an admin arranges once and the whole organization reads, on tabs you can share with a password.
Reports
Sum, count, table, pivot and six chart types over your own custom fields, exportable to Excel.
A dashboard the whole organization reads
An admin arranges the widget grid once and everybody sees the same picture — where the work actually is, how it is ageing, who is over-committed and what it costs. Add your own sum, count, table, pivot and chart reports beside the built-in ones, on tabs you can share with a password.

Questions, answered
- Is JaWork cloud-based or self-hosted?
- Cloud-based. JaWork is a hosted web app: you sign up and work in the browser, with nothing to install, run or upgrade. Each organization's issues, plans and attachments are private to its own members.
- What does JaWork cost?
- 3.00 USD per user per month, or 30.60 USD per user per year — 15% less than paying monthly. Every new organization starts on a 30-day free trial. No card is required to sign up; until one is added the trial is limited to 10 members.
- Does JaWork do Gantt charts as well as boards?
- Yes, and they are the same issues rather than a second plan to keep in step. A project has a kanban board with drag-and-drop, a backlog and sprints, and a Gantt where the same tasks are dragged to schedule them, grouped into summary rows, and linked with dependency lines. A Portfolio view puts every project on one timeline.
- Can JaWork replace Jira for a small team?
- It covers the day-to-day: issue types, custom fields, per-project workflows and board columns, roles and permissions, comments, attachments, an activity trail, sprints, releases, dashboards and Excel import and export. It is deliberately one product rather than a marketplace, so anything you would reach a plugin for is either built in or absent.
- Are the AI agents included in a seat?
- Not yet. AI agents are a separate add-on that is not on sale, so no plan includes them and nothing on the pricing page charges for them. What a seat includes is every other capability listed above.
- Does JaWork have an API?
- Yes. There is a REST API behind the same permission rules the web app uses, and a Model Context Protocol (MCP) server at /api/mcp authenticated by a personal access token, so an AI assistant can read and write issues as one particular person — with exactly that person's permissions and no others.
